How to Purchase Tickets
Here are the different ways you can purchase tickets for events at TCU Place:
- In Person: Visit the TCU Place Box Office located at 35 – 22nd Street East, Saskatoon, SK S7K 0C8.
- By Phone: Call 306.975.7799 to purchase tickets over the phone.
- Online: Buy tickets conveniently online at www.tcutickets.ca.

Lost Tickets
If you lose, damage, or have your tickets stolen for SSO events at TCU Place, please contact the TCU Place Box Office directly.
Note the following SSO exceptions:
- Group Ticket Sales: For groups of 10 or more, please call the SSO office at (306) 665-6414 or fill out the form on our contact page. We can assist in ensuring a great experience and an excellent price for your group outing.
- Accompanied Children (applies to Masters Series at TCU Place only) Must be 6 –14 years of age, accompanied by an adult revenue ticket holder in order to qualify. Maximum of one accompanied child per adult.
- Admission is free for any children under 2 years of age, so long as they do not occupy a seat. There may be an exception to this for children’s shows where the promoter requires all ages to occupy and pay for a seat.
Ticket Exchanges
You can exchange your tickets for another concert in the same series and same price section. Masters tickets cannot be exchanged for Pops, or vice versa, or for any other series or SSO ticketed event. Master and Pops exchanges must be done in person at the TCU Place Box Office. Chamber and Baroque Series are exchanged through the SSO office. All tickets to be changed must be surrendered in order for new ones to be re-issued. Seating at TCU Place is based on availability at the time of exchange. Tickets cannot be upgraded but can be can be moved to an equal or lesser value section. No refunds will be issued for differences in prices. Tickets must be exchanged at least 24 hours in advance. Tickets will not be exchanged on the day of your scheduled concert.
SSO Box Office Policy
The SSO also performs in other venues throughout the city, and the following policies apply.
- Refunds All ticket purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges.
- Students Except where noted, ages 3 and older, including all post-secondary students. Post secondary students must have a valid student ID.
- Seniors Seniors are considered 65 and older.
- Lost Tickets Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets for non-TCU Place concerts may be replaced at a fee of $5.00 per ticket. To do so, contact the SSO Office. For tickets issued by TCU Place, please contact the TCU Place Box Office. Reprinted tickets void the previous ticket.
- Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable break in the performance.
Subscriber Ticket Exchange Policy
Subscribers who are unable to attend or would like to change seats for any given concert have the following options available:

Seat relocation
If you have or would like to purchase additional tickets for a Masters of Pops concert, you can have all tickets moved to be seated together. This must be done in person at the TCU Place Box Office. All tickets to be moved must be surrendered in order for new ones to be re-issued. Seating is based on availability at the time of exchange. Subscriber tickets cannot be upgraded but can be moved to an equal or lesser value section. No refunds will be issued for differences in prices. Tickets must be exchanged at least 24 hours in advance. Tickets will not be exchanged on the day of your scheduled concert.
Can’t use your ticket(s)?
We cannot offer refunds. However, we will be happy to issue a tax receipt for the full resale value of your ticket(s) as of the date of the performance (service charges not included). Intact tickets must be returned to the SSO office a minimum of 7 days prior to the scheduled performance to be eligible for a tax receipt. We cannot issue a tax receipt for tickets received after a performance. If the performance is being live streamed we can exchange in person tickets for digital access through ConcertStream.tv
Liability Limitation
Ticket holder acknowledges all risks incidental to any event for which their ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during, or after the event and agrees to assume the same. The SSO reserves the right to refuse admission by refunding the price appearing hereon and/or to expel from the premises any person whose presence or conduct is deemed by it to be objectionable. Expulsion cancels this ticket and the holder thereupon forfeits all claims, including any claim to a refund or the ticket price. Tickets deemed lost or stolen will not be honoured. Admission is subject to compliance with applicable laws, by-laws, regulations, and facility or stadium rules (”The Rules”). Failure to comply with the Rules may result in non-admission or expulsion. In conformance with the Rules, alcohol, illegal drugs, cameras, recording devices clothing not being worn, and bags or containers of any kind, may be excluded from the premises. Holder consents to a reasonable examination of his/her person and effects to ensure compliance.
