Scottish and with a voice like a young Frank Sinatra, the SSO is thrilled to have 19-year-old Michael Lewis making his Canadian debut in a show featuring some of the great crooner hits that the likes of Frank, Dean, and Buble have made us fall in love with.
Michael has developed a reputation far beyond his years, combining a timeless voice with a natural stage presence that feels both classic and entirely fresh. What began as a quiet fascination — discovering Sinatra through TikTok and singing along in his bedroom — has quickly evolved into a remarkable rise through some of the UK’s most respected stages.
There is something strikingly timeless about Michael Lewis. In an era of fast-moving trends, he brings a sense of elegance, storytelling and musicality that harks back to the great crooners, yet feels entirely relevant to today’s audiences. Whether performing in an intimate setting or on a festival stage, he connects with audiences in a way that is rare at any age — and even more so at just 18!
This concert is a part of the SaskJazz Festival.
