The Greystone Singers and Aurora Voce singers conducted by Dr. Jennifer Lang will be celebrating the theme of “Light” in this special concert Illuminare. This performance highlights Elaine Hagenberg’s 5-movement work Illuminare that will be featured at Carnegie Hall by these Saskatchewan singers on June 1, 2024. Special appearances include the Saskatoon Symphony Orchestra, Hussein Janmohamed conducting his own “Nur Reflections on Light”, and Dr. Steven Rayan and Anna Elliott’s work The Projection Project, an animated, light-based installation produced in celebration of USask’s Quantum Innovation Signature Area of Research.
